5. Delays

Luxury Hub is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Luxury Hub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
