All purchases made from Luxury Hub are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

No Refunds

Luxury Hub does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect item selection

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Dissatisfaction after purchase or use

  • Delayed shipping caused by carriers

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details and ensuring accuracy before completing their purchase.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at official.luxhub@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Luxury Hub reserves the right to review claims and, at its sole discretion, determine whether a replacement will be issued. Refunds will not be provided.
